Welcome to AI Crew Connect Pty Ltd (“AI Crew Connect”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. About AI Crew Connect

AI Crew Connect is an online recruitment platform that connects employers with candidates working in retail, hospitality and related industries.

AI Crew Connect facilitates introductions only. We are not an employment agency, recruitment agency or labour hire provider, and we do not guarantee employment outcomes or candidate suitability.

2. Eligibility

To use the platform you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age (or have the permission of a parent or guardian where legally required);
  • Provide accurate and truthful information;
  • Keep your login details secure;
  • Comply with all applicable Australian laws.
 
Businesses must ensure that the person creating the account has authority to act on behalf of that business.

3. Candidate Profiles

Candidates are responsible for ensuring all information they provide is accurate and up to date. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Work history
  • Qualifications
  • Licences
  • Availability
  • Work rights
  • References
  • Contact information
  • Resume
  • Introduction video
 
Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or permanent removal.

4. Employer Accounts

Employer subscriptions provide access to candidate profiles available within the platform. Access is granted solely for genuine recruitment and hiring purposes.

Employers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity occurring under their account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose;
  • Upload false, misleading or offensive content;
  • Impersonate another person or business;
  • Harass, threaten or abuse other users;
  • Upload malicious software or interfere with platform security;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
 
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Recruitment Use Only

Candidate information is provided exclusively for genuine recruitment and employment purposes. Employers must not use candidate information to:

  • Market or advertise products or services;
  • Send promotional communications;
  • Build mailing lists;
  • Recruit for multi-level marketing or unrelated commercial activities;
  • Contact candidates for personal or non-employment reasons.
 
Any misuse of candidate information may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. No Scraping or Data Mining

Users must not:

  • Scrape, harvest or copy candidate information;
  • Use bots, crawlers or automated software;
  • Download candidate databases;
  • Perform data mining or data extraction;
  • Reproduce substantial parts of the platform;
  • Create competing databases using information obtained from AI Crew Connect.
 

All candidate information remains protected by Australian law and these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Users must respect the privacy of all other users and only access information necessary for legitimate recruitment purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, graphics, logos, designs and functionality remain the property of AI Crew Connect Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. Users receive a limited licence to use the platform only for its intended purpose.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

Employer subscriptions renew in accordance with the selected subscription plan unless cancelled. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

11. Platform Availability

While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee the platform will always be available or error free. We may perform maintenance, upgrades or security updates from time to time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Crew Connect is not liable for:

  • Hiring decisions;
  • Employment outcomes;
  • The accuracy of user-provided information;
  • Loss of business;
  • Loss of profits;
  • Indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
 

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe a user has:

  • Breached these Terms;
  • Provided false information;
  • Misused candidate data;
  • Engaged in unlawful activity;
  • Compromised platform security.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the AI Crew Connect website and will take effect once published.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
