Employers must:
- Communicate professionally and respectfully;
- Provide honest information about employment opportunities;
- Treat all candidates fairly and without discrimination;
- Respect candidate privacy.
Use Candidate Information Responsibly
Candidate information is provided solely for genuine recruitment and hiring purposes. Employers must not:
- Contact candidates for marketing or sales;
- Use candidate information for personal reasons;
- Share candidate information with third parties;
- Create external databases using candidate information;
- Scrape, copy or download candidate information for purposes outside recruitment.
Be Honest
Employers must ensure job information, business details and contact information are accurate and truthful. Misleading or deceptive information is not permitted.
Protect Platform Security
Employers must not:
- Share login credentials;
- Attempt to access other accounts;
- Interfere with platform security;
- Use automated tools to collect platform data.
Report Concerns
If you become aware of suspicious activity, fraudulent profiles or misuse of the platform, please notify AI Crew Connect.
Breaches
Failure to comply with this Code may result in warnings, suspension or permanent removal from AI Crew Connect without refund where appropriate.
Contacting Candidates
Employers play an important role in maintaining a safe and trusted recruitment community. When contacting candidates through AI Crew Connect, employers agree to:
- Contact candidates only for genuine employment opportunities;
- Communicate professionally, respectfully and honestly;
- Identify themselves and the business they represent;
- Provide accurate information about the role being offered;
- Respect a candidate’s decision if they are no longer interested in the opportunity;
- Protect the privacy and confidentiality of candidate information.
Employers must not:
- Request payment, deposits or fees from candidates at any stage of the recruitment process;
- Ask candidates for unnecessary personal or financial information before employment has been confirmed;
- Use candidate information for marketing, sales, personal relationships or any purpose unrelated to recruitment;
- Pressure, harass or intimidate candidates;
- Make false or misleading promises about employment or remuneration.
Where possible, interviews should be conducted at the employer’s
business premises, by video call or in another appropriate
professional setting.
AI Crew Connect takes reports of inappropriate conduct seriously. Employers who breach these standards may have their accounts suspended or permanently removed from the platform and, where appropriate, matters may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Candidates
AI Crew Connect is designed to help candidates showcase themselves to employers and discover genuine employment opportunities. By using the platform, candidates agree to the following standards.
Be Genuine
- Employment history;
- Qualifications and licences;
- Work rights;
- Availability;
- Contact information;
- Resumes and introduction videos.
False or misleading information may result in removal from the platform.
Be Respectful
Candidates should communicate professionally with employers and other users. Harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
Keep Your Profile Current
Candidates are encouraged to keep their profile up to date to improve their chances of finding employment.
Respect the Platform
Candidates must not:
- Create multiple accounts;
- Impersonate another person;
- Upload offensive, illegal or inappropriate content;
- Interfere with platform security or functionality.
Protect Your Account
Keep your login details secure and notify AI Crew Connect if you believe your account has been compromised.
Breaches
AI Crew Connect may suspend or permanently remove accounts that breach this Code of Conduct.
